DIY: Bethel Woods

Talk about an amazing time that we had on Friday 6/22/2018 at the famous Bethel Woods.

Bethel Woods Center for the Arts inspires, educates and empowers individuals through the arts and humanities.

Performing Arts Center and Museum located approximately 90 minutes from NYC at the site of the original 1969 Woodstock festival in Bethel, NY.  If you want to visit the museum it was $15. That also covers your parking if there’s an event going on there also.
The bonus to this visit was we got to see a performance there – we saw Pop Evil, Cheap Trick, and Poison.
Check out our photos here and while your on our Facebook page give us a like so that you can follow the adventures.
Below are the videos from the concert.

Poison: This was the first time that I had seen them.  They delivered all the hits one after the other.  I can’t believe how great they look.

Cheap Trick: I have seen them more then once, however tonight, was slightly disappointed. They were a little off.

Pop Evil: I must have more of them in my life. The highlight was seeing the lead singer in the crowd with the fans.  This was their first time. They really brought the party.

So the next time that you are asking for somewhere to go, under a 3 hour drive, this is it. Make the trip to Bethel Woods. You may or may not get the “music” as a bonus if this isn’t the real reason that your coming here. Best time to come here is when there’s a show.
